We do not offer refunds, we offer exchanges or store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We accept exchanges for items in new condition within seven days of receiving the item in the mail. Exchanges are accepted only for the same item in question. We only accept items that:
- That are unopened and are not worn
- That are damaged in the box or package it came in
- That are defective upon receiving it
To make an exchange, please fill out the exchange form below.
Once received, we will evaluate your claim. If we agree with your assertions, we will respond and request that you return the item within 3 business days of exchange approval. We will provide you with all necessary information to do so in our response, however, you are solely responsible for shipping and handling the exchange.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process and ship out a new item of the same to the address you’ve listed on the exchange form. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO HAIR OR WIGS)
